Jaya: some takeaways.

Today passed in doing nothing but watching TV. Media was covering the final rites of the CM of Tamil Nadu, and when her coffin was lowered into the ground, it was like an era was over. 

These are few of the qualities one can take home from her:

She knew how good she was, may it be in acting, or in politics. She always held her head high and went on to achieve.

Dignity is the richest attire one can wear

She did not budge when she was ill-treated at MGR’s  funeral. She came back just as she vowed to, after the 1989 incident.

Your gender does not determine what you can do/ not do

She was a single WOMAN in a patriarchal society of the time. But against all odds, she rose up to the pinnacle of political success.

Haters gonna hate you but you can’t bother about ém all

She was criticized by many, hauled with hatred by many, but she did not let all that deter her. She went on to pave her path, and draw her rules, because there can be only ONE leader!
